Well hello friends. I think this is a record—two days in a good mood. Have the God’s taken favor upon me finally? I’m just in a general good mood. Maybe because Spring Break is a couple of days away, or maybe because I’ll have my Associates Degree in two months, who knows. I think I do know why – but that’s my secret, not yours.
Thanks to Samantha I’ve found rediscovered a great love: EnVogue. Do you remember them? They are awesome! Gosh, this takes me wayyy back to when I first lived in Atlanta with my mother and I was around the age of 7 or so. It’s just feel good music, not that I want to go and slit my writs music. Lovely.
I probably have a quiz in African-American history today, I have a College Algebra test Wednesday, and I have a Social Problems test Thursday. You know what, I’m so not concerned. This is Miguel’s official non stress week. I know the stuff, I’ll be fine. Spring Break is looking mighty fine right now. Wonderful.
GOOD day!

Guess who’s not stressed out and actually feeling really good at the moment? That would be me. Yes, the extremely stressed out Miguel is actually feeling pretty good at the moment. Why? I can’t tell. It’s a secret that I get to revel in for a little while. Just know that I’m smiling a big happy grin at the moment.
In other news…this weekend was a mixed bag. I spent most of the weekend working on the program for the upcoming musical “Annie Get Your Gun.” I was in Pete’s office Friday inquiring about some photos and a flyer she was doing for me when I ran into Brooke (Brooke is the PR specialist at my school). She was in a tizzy because she didn’t know, or have the time to put the program for the musical together. Since I have gained a somewhat decent grasp of desktop publishing (1st place at GCPA for Layout and Design, baby!) over the past two years, I agreed to help her out. Now this isn’t your basic 4 page program, this is the kind where people buy ad’s and what not. So needless to say I spent all of Friday night and Saturday working on it. I hope people like it. Jake was there the whole time helping out. He even designed a few ads.
This week I have a test in Social Problems and a test in College Algebra. Heh, I hope this goes well. I’m a little nervous about the College Algebra test, but we shall see.
OH OH…how could I have forgotten to mention this—Mr. Christopher Rice, my favorite author, has finally released his third book-“Light before Day.” I’ve been reading the book this weekend—awesome! GOSH I love his writing style. It really makes you use your imagination and a dictionary. I’ve begun to write down the words I don’t recognize and define them. I’m just trying to add a few words to my limited vocabulary. Nothing wrong with that…
Well I’m off to read a couple of chapters before I hit my wonderful bed.

Below you will find pictures from the 4 one acts we put on last week. Since I directed this go around, I was able to sit back and take pictures of everyone. Maybe I should direct some more, or not. But it was fun. I’ll get the pics up later from the actual show. These are just pictures from backstage.
I called Barnes & Noble today and told them to schedule me like the whole week I’ll be home for spring break. No rest for the weary—is that the saying?!
I’m working on a one act play for Theatre Appreciation. It’s due tomorrow, so I’ve got's to get cracking!
